H20 Go!

This beginner through advanced class is taught by AEA Training Specialists and is designed to target muscles & movement; techniques for altering intensity in an easy to understand format. Exercising in the water conditions the heart, lungs, and muscles while protecting your joints, burning calories, and having fun. No swimming skills are needed and you don't even have to get your hair wet!

Aqua Zumba

Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba "pool party", the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Open Water Fitness

Feel free to grab a set of dumbbells, a pool noodle, kick boards and more during this 1-hour of open water to work out any style you desire. Maybe you are building your treading stamina or simply want to get more comfortable with the water equipment. Use this time to work out with friends and burn some calories without the lane lines in your way!

ABSolute Burn

Improve core muscular strength/endurance, stability, mobility and definition in only 30 minutes! Challenge the core muscles through all ranges and planes of motion. The result in greater agility, mobility, balance and control. A complete core fitness experience that finally teaches you how to “turn it on”…like an athlete! Finish with a deep total body stretch.


AMRAP stands for "as many reps as possible." AMRAP Blast is a time-based training circuit guaranteed to push you towards your maximum potential and leave you with nothing left in the tank! In AMRAP Blast, you aim to fit in as many cycles of a circuit as possible; the faster you get through the reps of each exercise, the more times you will complete the entire circuit.


No barre? No problem? Calling all barre-tenders! This class lengthens, strengthens AND rocks the cardio component often missing from barre classes. Using a variety of equipment to keep things fresh, safe and challenging, this class builds muscular endurance while strengthening all the muscles that support your spine and pelvis. 


During this ultimate warrior workout, you will strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.  This class will burn on average over 700 calories in 60 minutes.  No equipment or experience needed, just bring a towel, a water bottle and your inner warrior!


Get lifting with BODYPUMP ™ and you’ll tone and shape your entire body without adding bulky muscle in 60 minutes.  This full body workout will utilize light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.  Instructors will guide you through scientifically proven moves and pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!


Our Boot camps are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! The class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval an strength training. 


Forever Fit focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants will use hand-held weights, steps, weighted bars, and straps to assist with mobility and agility.


Our HOPES class is specifically designed and open for ALL of our HOPES members.  Both past and present HOPES clients are encouraged to attend this class.  Come join us in a low impact class that focuses on balance, core stabilization, stretching and strength training.  Jump into the fun with a group of members that support one another and have fun while helping with conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, obesity as well as overall health and well-being.


Short on time, but want to still get a great well-rounded workout in? HIIT IT! is perfect for you! This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio/strength bursts and periods of recovery, encourage continued calorie burn post workout.

This is not your average strength class. Expect training complexes where barbells, dumbbells, TRX, body weight and plyometric exercises are blended because one size does NOT fit all. Expect an elevated heart rate,  regressions & progressions. But don’t expect it to be easy.  All levels welcome!

STRONG by Zumba™

This class combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and movies sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goal faster. 

Tread N Shred

Keep your heart rate racing with short segments on the treadmill with sprints, hills, running and jogging. We then combine that on the floor with plyometrics, dumbbell work, core strengthening and more that will render your body tapped out but FIT beyond belief!

TRX with a Punch

A high energy circuit training workout utilizing a combination of TRX, Boxing, Strength and Agility all in one. The constant changes in this training keeps the body guessing allowing MAX calorie burning. This dynamic workout will bring your fitness to the next level by improving strength, flexibility and endurance. 

TRfleX Training

This class is focused around our TRX suspension body weight training equipment.  This class is for all fitness levels and combines strength, cardio and core to challenge your body in a different way that it is used to being challenged.  Classes will include various exercises with different circuit style formats on and off the TRX Training System.

Yoga Flow

Roots Yoga Programming is designed to allow each individual to become more present, embodied and enjoy more freedom in their lives. The room will transform to a relaxing oasis where you can escape from the stresses of everyday life and feel more peace throughout your day.
