Spartan Training

SPARTAN TRAINING

Spartan SGX class is unlike any other class, and the perfect challenge for your inner-competitor. This 8-week program is designed to get you ready to run your next obstacle race by incorporating non-conventional equipment including climbing ropes, gymnastics rings, weighted jump ropes, a vertical climbing wall and much more. Each class is an hour long and held twice a week, utilizing different equipment each workout. Join today and become the next member of our Roots Renegades team!

Time to ACCELERATE your fitness goals with our Accelerate Small Group Training. Take on this intensive program that’ll push you to your limit and build your strength. A circuit style workout that will challenge you inner athlete with bouts of high intensity cardio mixed with power driven weightlifting. Accelerate, will incorporate tradition free weights in addition to plyo boxes, weight sleds and assault bikes.

TREAD N' SHRED

Keep your heart rate racing with short segments on the treadmill. Sprints, hills, running and jogging combine with on the floor plyometrics, dumbbell work, core strengthening and more that will render your body tapped out but FIT beyond belief.

From beginners to experts our 45 minute rides are guaranteed to challenge you. Our world-class trained instructors will help you set goals and inspire you to give your personal best. With the Ultimate Membership you will be able to ride as many times as you like.

CYCLE N' SHRED

Cycle n Shred is a 30-minute Rhythm Ride in the Roots Cycle studio immediately followed by a 30-minute conditioning workout in the Sports Performance Room. This class incorporates heart-pumping cardio with strength training, resulting in a total body workout in just 60-minutes.
