In our small group training classes we are able to challenge you based on your individual goals, and track your results from week to week. Time to ACCELERATE your fitness goals with our NEW Accelerate Small Group Training. Take on this 8-week intensive program that’ll push you to your limit and build your strength. A circuit style workout that will challenge you inner athlete with bouts of high intensity cardio mixed with power driven weightlifting. Accelerate, will incorporate tradition free weights in addition to plyo boxes, weight sleds and assault bikes.

TREAD N' SHRED
Keep your heart rate racing with short segments on the treadmill. Sprints, hills, running and jogging combine with on the floor plyometrics, dumbbell work, core strengthening and more that will render your body tapped out but FIT beyond belief.
