It's Sunday and it's time to RUN!

Pick a short distance whether it’s down your driveway, around the house or simply across the room. You will alternate between 2 exercises: The Burpee and Mountain Climbers.

🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

Start with 20 Mountain Climbers and cover your run distance. Complete 19 Burpees and cover your run distance. Continue until you completed this ladder until you reach 1.

🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

This one is guaranteed to hit your lower body, upper body, and your cardio strength! Go get it, Rooties!
