- 10 Squats

- 10 Push-ups

- Run Up & Down 5x

- 10 Alternating Lateral Lunges

- 10 Alternating Backward-Stepping Lunges

- Run Up & Down 5x

- 20 Glute Bridges

- 30 Second Plank

- Run Up & Down 5x

- 30 Jumping Jacks

Complete the entire circuit 2-3 times!
