Happy Sunday Runday!
Follow along with this hill interval workout indoors or outdoors developed by one of our trainers, Jeremy Gould! The entirety of this workout is about 3 miles and can be walked, jogged, or ran! If you have an electronic device or a treadmills at home to calculate your distance or if you simply want to select a road in your neighborhood to use as your marker, that works! Remember, we are looking for you to work on your "Hill Endurance", but if you're feeling a flat road instead, that works too!!
