Lateral lunge upright row

Squat alt sing arm shoulder press

Squat weave under legs

Tri push up

Alt lunge pass under legs

Sing arm row

switch sides

Plank transfer KB/DB from one hand to other hand

1 min recovery

Repeat from sprints

Plank challenge, Repeat 2x

20 second plank

20 second recovery

30 second plank

20 second recovery

40 second plank

20 second recovery

60 second plank
