Quarantine is a perfect time to pickle!!!
- Prepare a jar with fresh chopped garlic (2-3 cloves), salt and dill (do not add dill to onions or radishes).
- Prepare the food you plan to pickle and arrange in the jar.
- Boil 1 cup water, 1 cup distilled vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar.
- Remove from heat and pour into jar.
- Leave in the fridge between 2-3 days and ENJOY!
