Quarantine Cooking

As the days get warmer, your recipes may want to get cooler!


Check out this cold-bean salad you can serve as a side-dish, a partner with Tortilla Chips, or even a topping for salads or rice!

Salad Ingredients:

1 Can Black Beans

1 Can Red Kidney Beans

1 Can Garbanzo Beans

Optional: 1 Can Yellow Corn

Optional: 1 Celery Stalk Chopped Fine

Optional: 1/2 Red Onion Chopped

Rinse and Drain Beans; mix all above ingredients together.

Dressing Ingredients:

1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1.5 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over bean mixture. Let chill in fridge at least 1 hour before serving!
