Low Impact Monday Morning Series

Jeremy’s got another workout for you if you’re looking for a low-impact type of morning 👌🏻

All you need if a medium-weighted dumbbell or household object like a book or water bottles. Be sure to properly warm up with some stretches or even marching in place for a minute or two!

Complete each pair of exercises and move onto the next after a 30 second break. Complete this circuit 2-3x 10x Pushups 10x Standing twists 10x Bent over flies 30 second Plank 10x Lateral Raise 30 second Side Shuffle 10x Front Raise 30 second wall sit
