Easy Homemade Dips

Let's play with some easy homemade dips you can make for your next Quarantined Hang Out or Virtual Happy Hour 🍵

First Up, Restaurant Style Salsa 💃 Ingredients: Tomatoes (28-ounce canned plum tomatoes or fresh tomatoes work) Fresh Garlic (1-2 cloves or more if you're a fan) 1/2 lime, juiced 1 jalapeno, quartered and sliced tin with or without seeds 1/4 chopped white onion 1/2 cup cilantro 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp. sugar

Add everything to a food processor or a blender and pulse it until it’s reached your desired consistency. Then, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to chill and for the flavors to blend. The longer you chill, the more flavorful it will be.

Next, Black Bean Hummus 🌱 Ingredients: 1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, rinsed and drained 1 tsp. olive oil 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. dried oregano 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt or garlic salt 1 tsp. cumin Add everything to a food processor or a blender and pulse it until it’s reached your desired consistency. Eat right away or let it refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. From our kitchens to yours, ENJOY! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
